Deacons
This office works with The Rev. Percy Grant, Canon for Ministry, who develops and oversees our Deacon Training Program in the Diocese of Ohio. The Office for Mission works with the ordained deacons in the Diocese of Ohio to assist in fulfilling their ministry through their service to the world. Each Mission area can use Deacons to fulfill ministries of service to the homebound, homeless, orphans, and widowers and widows. Each Deacon can collaborate with other parishes to form mission projects, Mission Area Council projects and can share sacramental ministries with churches in the assigned Mission Area Council Parish.
