2011 Parochial Report Information


The parochial report forms were mailed from the Finance Office at the end of January.  Please remember that the deadline for filing with the diocesan Finance Office and online is March 1, 2012.

In an effort to reduce paper and mailing costs, the supplemental forms required to be filed with the parochial report have been converted to fill-in pdf forms, which can be easily downloaded below.

2010 Parochial Reports


The 2010 Parochial Report forms are now available from the DFMS office.  The Finance Office will be mailing the parochial reports, along with additional forms to be filed with the Report, the week of December 15th.  Please do not lose this important information!

Important note:  The deadline is March 1st.  The Episcopal Church website is open until May 1st to file your parochial report online, but the diocese's deadline remains March 1st.

Parochial Report Preparation


The Parochial Report Preparation Sequence, which you can access using the link below, offers hints on the which parts of the parochial report to prepare first, second, etc.  It also details which parts of the form need to balance, and which sections do not.  The document is intended to replace the "stop sign" page, which has been sent with the annual parochial report mailing.
