As we prepare for the 2011 Open Enrollment coming this fall, we would like all current active employees participating in a health insurance plan to compete the 2010 Health Insurance Survey (link found below). The Finance Office will also be mailing a copy of the survey to all current health and dental insurance participants. The survey is 20 questions, and may take a little time, but we believe it will provide us with invaluable input to our Open Enrollment process and decision making.
