The deadline for compliance with assessment canons is: Oct. 12, 2011 (30 days before convention). Parishes must pay all previous year and current year through June 30, 2011 to be seated with voice and vote. Parishes in arrears as of Oct. 12, 2011 will be granted seat and voice but will forfeit lay delegates' vote.
