Canonical Reporting Compliance

There are several items of reporting that parishes must complete throughout the year. Please check the following lists to see if your parish's information has been received. If you believe the information has been submitted, but don't see your parish listed, refer to the Parish Compliance Report. Assessments, Clergy Pensions, and Lay Pensions must be submitted prior to being seated at Diocesan Convention. (Note: These lists are provided as a courtesy. Final say on matters of compliance rests with the Chief Financial Officer.)

The deadline for compliance with assessment canons is: Oct. 12, 2011 (30 days before convention). Parishes must pay all previous year and current year through June 30, 2011 to be seated with voice and vote. Parishes in arrears as of Oct. 12, 2011 will be granted seat and voice but will forfeit lay delegates' vote.
